Fitness accessories (e.g., gloves, bottles, light equipment...)
Clothing and wearable items (only if unused)
Return Conditions:
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.
Any damage or signs of use will void the right to return.
Return Process:
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product.
Our support team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will send you the return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 3 to 7 business days.
Supplements and protein products: To ensure public health and customer safety, we do not accept returns of any opened or used food or supplement products, even if partially used.
Gym services and bookings: Gym reservations cannot be refunded once confirmed by us. You may reschedule the session at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss or arrive late for your session, no refund will be issued.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
If the reason is not related to a store error (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
